Ventura Makos Surf Camp

Offering private lessons, summer camps and after school programs.Ventura Makos is a fun ocean safety surf camp. We teach surf lessons in a variety of ways including beach games to add to the fun. The lifeguard/surf camp starts at 9 amand goes until 3pm. We include boards wetsuits, instructors, boogie boards, beach games, and most of all Lifeguards! Camps begin June 22nd and run until the middle of August.

SUMMER CAMPS

Ventura Makos Surf Camp is a summer surf camp focused on surf safety, instruction, fitness and fun! Surfboards, wetsuits, lifeguards and surf instructors are provided. (Ages 6-14) camps begin June 22 and run through the middle of August.

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

After School Surf Camp is available during the school year and is a great way to keep your kids active (and to give you a little free time too!)

Surf Team We are a part of the Ventura Middle School Surf League, which meets before school 1-2 times a week for practice, with participation in a monthly surf contest put on by Scholastic Surf Series. This program focuses on a team, with emphasis on surf coaching for light competition.
