The life of teen girls in particular is so full of emotion and competition, this specialized yoga class provides a safe, non-competitive place for teens to work with their bodies and their emotions, and de-stress from the whirlwind of school, social life, and texting! Yoga helps athletic girls learn to balance their sport with stretching and breathing. Girls who dont participate in sports will feel good about moving where they wont be compared with others. With our new, drop- in format, we hope you can make time between all the other activities for time to connect and unwind from the school week.
Yoga Teacher Lori Hill was much loved by our teen girls group before she moved to Texas. We are so happy to welcome her back! Her peaceful, fun-loving teaching helps to balance the demands of other activities and create a safe and special place for our girls to develop not just academically and athletically, but as secure and healthy human beings.
