PROFESSIONAL BAKERS - $50 entry fee

This category is for professional bakers, chefs, caterers, bakeries those who sell their cup-cakes commercially. We ask Professional bakers who would like to participate to donate a minimum of 300 cupcakes (mini-regular or combo of both size) but we invite you to bring more!

A donation of 300 cupcakes or more earns you recognition as a participant of Cupcake Camp. We will place your logo name on our event website and all other advertisement material & provide priority placement (limited spaces) for you to display your cupcakes & to share information about your business at the event!

PARTICIPANTS:

Arrive 11-11:30 - check in with Cupcake Crew.

6 ft table provided for your display in priority spot.

White table cloth/skirt provided
Cupcakes should be labeled (ie-Lemon Drop).

Decorations, cupcake trees, trays, platters supplied by YOU.

Extra Cupcakes must be stored in covered containers/box under table until needed.

Professional baker responsible for replenishing cupcakes at own display.

Professional baker to supply a minimum of 300 cupcakes - same flavor or variety-mini-regular or combo.

Remember the more cupcakes you provide the longer your delish treats will be involved in the tasting!

AMATEUR BAKERS

(18 years +) $25 entry fee

This category is for amateur cupcake

geniuses and home bakers. If you're the

queen or king of the kitchen and like to share the bounty of your talents, this category is for you. We recommend Amateur bakers bake a minimum of 8 doz cupcakes but we welcome ambitious bakers who would like to contribute more.

PARTICIPANTS:

Arrive by 11:15 - check in with Cupcake Crew.

Display space provided - approx. 3ft - of shared 6ft table.

White table cloth/skirt provided
Cupcakes should be labeled. (ie- Lemon Drop)

Decorations, cupcake trees, trays, platters supplied by YOU.

Extra Cupcakes must be stored in covered containers/box under table until needed.

Amateur baker responsible for replenishing cupcakes at your display.

Amateur baker recommended to supply 6 to 8 dozen cupcakes-same flavor or variety mini-reg-or combo.

Be ready to answer questions about your baking and decorating!

Remember - the more cupcakes you provide the longer your delish treats will be involved in the tasting!

YOUTH Bakers

(8-17 yrs) $10 entry fee

This category is for kids who love to bake! If your child is a budding culinary genius or just likes to make a delicious mess in your kitchen, we'd love to have them share the

joy of baking with all of us at Cupcake Camp. This is a great way to involve your child in the kitchen and a fun way of helping out other kids who aren't as lucky. Sharing food is sharing love and it doesn't get sweeter than baking cupcakes, with or with our a bit of help from your Mom or Dad!

PARTICIPANTS:

Arrive at 11:30 noon set-up by noon - check in with Cupcake Crew.

Display space provided - approx. 3 ft - of shared table.

White table cloth/table skirt provided
Cupcakes should be labeled (ie- Lemon Drop).

Decorations, cupcake trees, trays, platters supplied by YOU.

Extra Cupcakes must be stored in covered containers/box under table until needed.

Youth baker responsible for replenishing cupcakes at own display.

Youth bakers recommended to supply 75 cupcakes -minimum doz cupcakes - same flavor or variety mini-reg or combo.
Remember-the more cupcakes you provide the longer your delish treats will be involved in the tasting!

Helpful TIPS

All cupcakes 4 tasting should be labeled w/flavor of cake and frosting. Please note if your cupcakes are Vegan or gluten Free or Organic.
Cupcake Lovers love to chat!! When attendees arrive at your cupcake spot be ready to answer questions about your baking, decorating techniques and business!

*ALL BAKERS must fill out Registration Form and check-out via PAYPAL.
